At Wildlife Camera, we aim to deliver high-quality products promptly and securely to our customers across the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer standard delivery throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

If your address is not supported at checkout, please contact us directly at contact@wildlife-camera.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• In rare cases (e.g., stock issues), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email in such cases.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days once the order has been shipped.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, postal service issues, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Fees

• Free delivery is offered on all orders above £30.

• For orders under £30, a flat shipping fee of £4.99 may apply.

• All shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Our products are shipped from France. Orders to the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees by UK customs.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

• We do our best to minimize customs charges by accurately declaring the contents of the parcel.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

• If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect it, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

• If you refuse the delivery, any additional return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
