Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your item. To request a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received
  • It is returned with all original packaging and tags
  • You include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cannot be altered. However, you may still request a return once received, according to our return policy.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will be shipped on or shortly after the indicated release date. If your order contains both pre-order and regular items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order is ready to ship. To receive other items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Please note: We are unable to cancel or modify pre-orders once they are placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at contact@wildlife-camera.com so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable or hygiene-related goods

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the original item.

Return Inspection

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding its condition and whether your return has been approved.

If accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
